Operations Manager – F&B We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large, multi-outlet F&B company in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing 20+ F&B outlets simultaneously and strong experience in managing company-wide operations through an ERP system . Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across 20+ F&B outlets . Lead and manage outlet managers, supervisors, and operational teams. Manage and monitor operations through the company’s ERP system , ensuring accurate implementation and utilization across all outlets. Use ERP data to monitor inventory, stock movements, purchasing, production, transfers, wastage, and operational performance. Ensure proper coordination between outlets, Central Kitchen, Warehouse, Purchasing, HR, and Finance. Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, wastage, productivity, and profitability. Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational SOPs. Ensure consistent food quality, service, hygiene, and operational standards across all locations. Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews. Manage manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and team performance. Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action. Support new outlet openings and operational launches. Drive efficiency, accountability, cost control, and continuous improvement across the company. Requirements Minimum 7–10 years of F&B operations experience , including senior multi-unit management experience. Proven experience managing at least 20 outlets simultaneously is mandatory. Strong hands-on experience using ERP systems to manage multi-outlet F&B operations is mandatory. Experience with ERPNext or similar ERP platforms is highly preferred. Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement, central kitchen operations, stock control, food cost, labor cost, P&L, and operational KPIs. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage large multicultural teams across multiple locations. Strong reporting and organizational skills. Experience in Qatar or the GCC is highly preferred. Must be hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand, multi-outlet environment . Location: Doha, Qatar Industry: Food & Beverage / Hospitality Important: Only candidates with proven senior-level experience managing large-scale, multi-outlet F&B operations and working with ERP-based operational systems will be considered. Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
