Operations Manager (Construction)
Job description: Responsible in developing and implementing project execution strategy, ensuring the implementation of quality control standards and cost control on project, specifically for government owned and government subsidized projects. Responsible in directing and overseeing the management of all projects' operation, the overall planning and execution towards the ultimate goal of satisfactory completing the project within stipulated time and budget. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed Civil Engineer Master's degree in any management or engineering field will be an added advantage EXPERIENCE: With minimum 15 years of experience in various construction projects, with exposure in managing multiple projects, fast track Civil Engineering projects related to the biggest clients in the country With at least 5 years on-the-job experience in a similar role Must have excellent knowledge of Contract Conditions, Health and Safety Regulations, Local Authorities requirements for the project Conversant with both local and international standards and specifications for constructions, ISO standards Must have extensive knowledge on the standard guidelines and specifications of the different government agencies, particularly, but not limited to DPWH, NIA, PPA, DOTr, DILG Must have precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural areas Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
