Providing senior operational leadership across community and inpatient services, you will work alongside clinical and service leaders to coordinate programs, implement strategic and clinical priorities, strengthen workforce and performance, and support safe, effective and sustainable care. You will oversee key service functions and drive continuous improvement across a diverse and evolving mental health environment, helping ensure care remains connected, responsive and centred on the needs of children, young people and their families. For assistance with applying through the NSW Health Career Portal please What you will bring to the role Relevant tertiary qualification in health-related clinical discipline and/or relevant senior leadership or management experience within community child and youth mental health. Demonstrated experience in managing a multidisciplinary clinical team, with strong skills in both people management and operational management. Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary issues within the NSW and National health care agenda, including knowledge of issues relevant to child, youth and family mental health and the development of mental health services. Sound understanding of quality, risk, governance and regulatory systems and processes related to health care delivery. Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership development skills, with a strong commitment to person- and family-centred care. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change initiatives, including service development, implementation and integration. Well-developed analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, planning and organisational skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to undertake negotiations and prepare complex reports, business cases and briefings. Current Class C Driver Licence and willingness to travel between sites and facilities across NBMLHD.
