OPERATIONS MANAGER – AUDIT AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE DIVISION Position Overview The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and profitability of the company's Audit and Preventive Maintenance Division. The role requires a hands-on leader who can build effective systems, develop a strong team, drive sales, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The Operations Manager is expected to establish a clear and measurable system covering three major areas: Operations, Recruitment, and Sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead and achieve sales and business development targets. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and business partners. Oversee audit and preventive maintenance projects from proposal to completion and turnover. Establish and maintain effective systems, recruitment processes, and operational procedures. Monitor project cost, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability. Lead, train, and evaluate Audit and Preventive Maintenance employees. Review quotations, project costing, proposals, and commercial terms. Monitor division revenue, expenses, collections, and profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and industry standards. Prepare and submit regular sales, operational, and performance reports to Management. Innovate solutions relevant to market demands Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer At least 5 years of relevant experience, with management experience. Experience in audit, preventive maintenance, construction, or project management. Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
