# Operations Manager **Wefit Contracting and Maintenance** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Group Operations Manager – Interior Fit-Out, Renovation & Joinery Company: WEFIT Group Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month, based on experience About the Role WEFIT Group is looking for an experienced Group Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our Renovation, Joinery, Service & Maintenance, and related business divisions. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and act as the primary point of contact for operational matters across the group. This is a senior management position requiring strong experience in UAE interior fit-out, renovation, civil, MEP and joinery operations . Key Responsibilities Manage overall day-to-day operations across multiple divisions and projects. Monitor multiple renovation and fit-out projects from planning through execution, snagging and final handover. Coordinate Civil, MEP, Joinery, Design, Procurement and Site teams. Oversee joinery production, material planning, delivery and installation. Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards. Conduct regular project and operational review meetings. Identify delays and operational risks and implement recovery plans. Coordinate procurement and ensure critical materials are ordered on time. Monitor subcontractor performance and project requirements. Manage manpower allocation across projects and departments. Monitor Service, Maintenance and AMC operations. Ensure proper quality control and timely closure of snags. Handle major client escalations and coordinate corrective actions. Establish clear accountability, deadlines and KPIs for team members. Coordinate with Finance/Accounts regarding project costs, budgets, receivables and operational requirements. Provide weekly consolidated operational reports to the Managing Director. Implement systems and processes to improve productivity, accountability and operational efficiency. Candidate Requirements Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience , preferably with strong UAE experience. Proven management experience in Interior Fit-Out / Renovation / Contracting / Joinery . Strong understanding of Civil, MEP and Joinery works . Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Good knowledge of project planning, BOQs, procurement, subcontractor management, project costing, quality control and handover. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Ability to identify problems early and provide practical solutions. Strong client communication and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent reporting and organizational abilities. UAE driving licence preferred. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a hands-on operations leader , not someone who only monitors reports. The candidate should be capable of taking ownership, building systems, holding teams accountable and ensuring that responsibilities are completed without continuous management follow-up. When a problem arises, we expect the Operations Manager to identify the cause, available solutions and recommended action .
