Tasks Administrative & Operational: - Administrative Processes: Draft, edit, and organize documents and handle registrations, applications, and other processes. - Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in how we work and fix them. Whether it’s streamlining a workflow or setting up a simple automation tool, you’ll make our lives easier. - Founder Enablement: Manage calendars, travel, and inbox triage so the founders can focus on product and strategy. Think of yourself as their right hand. - Financial Administration: Assist with financial administration, including invoice tracking and expense reporting. - Project Flexibility: Jump in wherever needed - whether it’s drafting a document, organizing a team retreat, or handling a special project. Strategic Partnerships: - Partnership Relations: Scout for new collaborations while maintaining strong ties with existing partners, vendors and our legal team.
