Operations Manager
OPERATIONS MANAGER Location: Cubao, Quezon City Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant/bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and helping drive the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant/bar. Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints professionally. Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and compliance with company policies. Prepare and implement staff schedules based on operational requirements. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are consistently followed. Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and operational needs. Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations. Monitor sales, expenses, cash handling, and other operational reports. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and safety standards. Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions promptly. Train and coach employees to improve their skills, productivity, and service standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and employees. Assist management in developing and implementing strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management. Qualifications At least 2–3 years of experience in Restaurant, Bar, Hospitality, or related operations. With proven supervisory or managerial experience . Strong leadership and team-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of restaurant/bar operations, inventory, and staff management is an advantage. Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and night shifts . Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City .
