Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our inpatient behavioral health treatment center. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations, supervising Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), supporting the intake process, managing staffing needs, and maintaining a safe, structured environment for clients and staff. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with on-call expectations Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily facility operations and ensure appropriate coverage across shifts Manage, supervise, and provide leadership to Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) Coordinate and oversee client intakes, admissions, and discharges Manage employee performance, coaching, corrective/disciplinary actions, and accountability Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of operational staff Develop schedules and address staffing or call-out needs Coordinate and oversee client transportation , including driver schedules and transportation logistics Collaborate with clinical, medical, admissions, and leadership teams to support efficient facility operations Ensure staff follow company policies, safety procedures, and behavioral health regulatory standards Assist with incident management and operational issues as they arise Qualifications: Behavioral health treatment experience is required Previous operations or management experience within an inpatient, residential, detox, or similar behavioral health setting strongly preferred Experience directly supervising BHTs or other behavioral health support staff Experience with employee relations, disciplinary actions, interviewing, and hiring Knowledge of behavioral health admissions/intake processes and client transportation logistics Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 treatment environment Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: behavioral health treatment: 4 years (Required) operations leadership: 1 year (Required) inpatient: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
