Operations Manager
Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities. Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies, procedures, and SOPs to improve productivity and efficiency. Lead and manage cross-functional teams including procurement, project, administration, inventory, and support functions. Monitor project execution, operational performance, manpower requirements, and resource allocation. Manage operational budgets, project costs, expenses, and cost-control initiatives. Coordinate with management, clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project and business execution. Review procurement requirements, supplier performance, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules. Identify operational risks, delays, and inefficiencies and implement appropriate corrective actions. Establish and monitor KPIs for operational teams and conduct regular performance reviews. Ensure proper inventory, equipment, tools, and material management. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable Singapore regulations. Support management in business planning, process improvement, manpower planning, and strategic decision-making. Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve service quality.
