Role overview Due to the continued growth of Sourced Living and the recent addition of several acquisitions, we are looking to appoint an Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running and strategic development of the business. This is a senior operational role with real breadth — spanning franchise operations, acquisitions, systems, training and business improvement — with significant scope to shape how we work. We're looking for someone highly organised, commercially minded and energetic; someone who takes genuine ownership, leads with confidence and thrives in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Estate agency experience is beneficial but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate a strong operational management background in any sector. Key responsibilities Operational Leadership & Reporting - Lead weekly and monthly reporting cycles, presenting operational performance to senior leadership - Set meeting agendas, own action plans and drive accountability across the team - Oversee budget tracking, expense management and operational expenditure - Maintain and continuously improve operational systems, trackers and records - Prepare board-level presentation decks and supporting documentation Project Management - Lead business takeovers and acquisitions from planning through to integration - Manage due diligence processes and post-acquisition onboarding programmes - Own end-to-end project delivery across Sourced Living and Openhouse - Identify, manage and mitigate operational risks throughout project lifecycles - Coordinate across departments to ensure projects remain on time and on brief Franchise Operations & Onboarding - Design and deliver training programmes, materials and events for the franchise network - Lead the webinar, events and launch programme across the network - Serve as a key operational point of contact for franchisees, supporting their growth and compliance Systems, Process & Improvement - Lead system implementations and technology migrations across the business - Drive continuous improvement — identifying inefficiencies and implementing better ways of working - Manage cross-departmental information flow and operational coordination - Champion a culture of accountability, clear process and structured follow-through Qualifications & Experience Required - Proven operations management experience — at least 3 years in an operational leadership role, or similar relevant/transferable experience - A track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects to completion - Experience managing or influencing teams and holding stakeholders accountable - Strong communication skills — confident presenting to senior leadership and working with external partners - Exceptional organisational ability and comfort managing competing priorities under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook Advantageous - Experience within a franchise network or franchise support environment - Estate agency, lettings or property sector background - Experience supporting business acquisitions, due diligence or integrations - Experience leading system implementations or migrations - Experience coordinating training events, webinars or induction programmes Personal Attributes - Proactive and solutions-focused — identifies problems and moves to fix them - Confident and decisive, with the presence to hold people to account - Resilient when managing competing demands; calm and considered under pressure - Naturally inquisitive — willing to challenge the status quo and ask difficult questions - Dependable, honest and highly professional in all stakeholder interactions - Adaptable and comfortable with change in a growing, evolving business Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year Benefits: Company events Company pension Cycle to work scheme Free parking On-site parking Sick pay Work Location: In person
