Operations Manager
Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers. - Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients. -Daily operations, Team management, Process improvement, Performance management. -Policies and compliance, Quality control, Customer/service support. -Cross-functional coordination, Reporting and planning, Risk and problem management.
