1. Position Title Operations Manager 2. Work Location Austin, Texas(travel required based on project locations) 3. Language Requirements Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required. 4. Job Responsibilities Daily Business Operations Manage and coordinate daily operational activities of the U.S. organization. Establish and maintain operational processes, procedures, and internal workflows. Coordinate between sales, project management, engineering, logistics, warehouse, finance, and management teams. Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions. Support management in improving operational efficiency and reducing operating costs. Logistics & Supply Chain Management Coordinate domestic and international transportation of equipment, spare parts, components, and project materials. Manage shipping, receiving, delivery schedules, and logistics documentation. Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers. Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, shortages, or other logistics issues. Support import/export and customs-related activities when required. Warehouse & Inventory Management Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Establish and maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse procedures. Monitor equipment, spare parts, tools, consumables, and project materials. Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate warehouse equipment, forklifts, cranes, tools, and other operational resources. Ensure the warehouse is organized, safe, and compliant with applicable requirements. Procurement & Vendor Management Support procurement of equipment, parts, tools, office supplies, services, and other operational requirements. Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with local U.S. suppliers and service providers. Obtain and compare quotations and support purchasing decisions. Develop alternative suppliers to reduce supply chain and operational risks. Project Operations Support Provide operational support to project managers and engineering teams during project execution. Coordinate equipment delivery, site logistics, tools, temporary facilities, and other project resources. Support customer site mobilization and demobilization activities. Ensure required materials and resources are available according to project schedules. Coordinate the return, storage, repair, and redeployment of project equipment and tools. Fleet, Equipment & Asset Management Manage company vehicles, leased vehicles, warehouse equipment, tools, and other operational assets. Track asset allocation, maintenance, registration, insurance, and utilization. Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair. Maintain accurate asset records and identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs. Facilities & Office Administration Support management of company offices, warehouses, and other facilities. Coordinate facility-related services including utilities, maintenance, security, waste disposal, internet, and other vendors. Manage office and warehouse supplies. Coordinate facility improvements, repairs, and maintenance activities. Ensure facilities are properly maintained and support business operations effectively. Safety & Compliance Support Support implementation of company EHS and workplace safety requirements. Coordinate required safety training, inspections, and documentation. Ensure operational activities follow applicable federal, state, local, and customer requirements. Support customer-specific onboarding and compliance requirements. Cost Control & Reporting Monitor operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Track logistics, warehouse, equipment rental, vehicle, facility, and other operating costs. Prepare periodic operational reports for management. Maintain operational KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement. Support annual budgeting and operational planning. Team & Resource Management Coordinate operational personnel and external contractors/service providers. Develop standardized operating procedures and improve team efficiency. Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
