Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Participate in onboarding, and training of new team members. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions Intercations with clients to ensure that the SLA’s are met Preferred Candidates Prior experience in Business Operations or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
