We deliver projects for clients across the UAE and are growing our operations. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to strengthen coordination, accountability, and systems across our teams. The Operations Manager will be the link between management and all departments, making sure work is completed on time, systems are used properly, and delays are identified and resolved early. Key responsibilities Monitor daily task reports from all staff and follow up the same day on missing reports, stalled tasks, and delays. Hold regular review meetings with department heads and engineers to track progress, deadlines, and blockers. Act as the internal owner of company systems, gathering feedback from users and coordinating with partner to fix issues. Track department KPIs such as task completion, tender follow-ups, response times, and project milestones, and prepare monthly performance reports for management. Support the tendering team by making sure inquiries, submissions, and client follow-ups are tracked and completed on schedule. Coordinate between engineering, procurement, HR, and accounts to remove bottlenecks and improve processes. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key company workflows. Handle performance issues fairly and consistently, documenting repeated delays and escalating to management with clear records. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or project controls, preferably in the UAE construction or MEP sector. Hands-on experience with Odoo or a similar ERP system Proven experience rolling out new systems or processes and getting teams to adopt them. Strong organisational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple departments at once. Firm but respectful communication style, comfortable holding people accountable, including senior engineers. Advanced Excel skills; experience building reports and dashboards.
