The ideal candidate will manage crane fleet operations, coordinate site activities, supervise operators and rigging teams, and actively engage with clients to secure new projects and rental opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the mobile crane rental division. Plan and coordinate crane dispatch, job scheduling, and site operations. Supervise crane operators, riggers, drivers, and operational staff. Ensure all lifting activities comply with UAE safety regulations and HSE standards. Prepare and review lifting plans and site requirements before equipment deployment. Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure fleet availability and equipment reliability. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and project managers. Identify new business opportunities and generate crane rental sales. Prepare and follow up quotations and project proposals. Negotiate rental terms and coordinate with clients to secure projects. Monitor fleet utilization and operational efficiency. Prepare operational and sales reports for management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in crane rental, heavy equipment rental, or construction industry. Proven experience in mobile crane operations and equipment management. Strong knowledge of lifting operations, crane load charts, and site coordination. Experience in client management and sales within equipment rental industry. Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and lifting standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). UAE driving license preferred.
