# Operations Manager **Royal Cargo** · Muntinlupa · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse by assisting in planning, coordinating, and supervising receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities. Operations Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch). Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent shortages or overstocking. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce errors. Inventory & Systems Control Assist in inventory planning, stock accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of all inventory. Support the use and optimization of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related tools. Compliance & Reporting Monitor compliance with corporate policies, procedures, safety practices, 5S, GMP, HACCP, ISO and other defined quality programs. Assist in overseeing the effectiveness of operational processes to ensure effective utilization, upkeep of facilities and maintenance of equipment Review monthly revenue reports, verify completeness and analyze the rates and profitability of various processes. Regular personnel assessment of performance and provide feedback for improvements and efficiency. Qualifications: College degree in Business or any related field 3 to 5 years work experience in warehouse operations At least 2 years supervisory or leadership role handling end-to-end operations Proficient in WMS, ERP systems and MS Office Strong problem solving, planning and organizational abilities Able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and/or clients Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Free parking Health insurance Life insurance On-site parking Pay raise Work Location: In person
