Operations Manager
Operations Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and manage daily operations across multiple locations. Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple locations. Lead, supervise, and support Supervisors, Team Leaders, and operational staff. Monitor daily sales, operational performance, productivity, and KPIs. Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular site visits and operational inspections. Manage manpower planning and staff allocation. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Monitor equipment, materials, and operational resources. Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments. Train, develop, and evaluate Supervisors and operational teams. Handle customer complaints and operational escalations professionally. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Improve operational efficiency, productivity, service quality, and profitability. Ensure company targets and KPIs are achieved. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management . Experience in car wash, automotive, cleaning, facilities management, or a similar service industry is preferred. Experience managing multiple locations and large teams . Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in managing KPIs, sales performance, productivity, and operational costs. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting systems. Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. Excellent English communication skills. Salary: To be discussed based on experience and qualifications. Work Location: In person
