Operations Manager Location: 2F San Francisco Square Bldg., Estrella St., Sto Nino, Malolos, Bulacan Employment Type: Full-time, Salaried Salary: Starting from ₱75,000/month (based qualifications and experience) Benefits (Upon regularization): Signing Bonus and health insurance coverage About the Role We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help keep our teams running smoothly. In this role, you will oversee staffing coordination, scheduling, administrative support, vendor communication, and process improvement efforts while partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Lead daily operations by keeping staffing, scheduling, workflow coverage, and team resources aligned with business needs. Monitor schedule adherence, staffing gaps, and real-time operational needs, then communicate updates and adjustments to leadership. Partner with management to review performance trends, identify process gaps, and recommend practical improvements that support efficiency and service quality. Support payroll coordination, including timesheet review, validation, and communication with payroll partners. Coordinate administrative and finance-related activities, including bank transactions, new hire bank enrollment, payments, documentation, and follow-up. Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and operational resources. Develop and support contingency plans for system issues, business disruptions, emergencies, or other operational challenges. Escalate operational concerns promptly, provide clear status updates, and participate in post-issue reviews. Contribute to daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational planning. Coach, guide, and support team members by setting expectations, reviewing performance, and ensuring accountability. Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and corrective actions when appropriate. Build strong working relationships across departments while promoting a positive and professional work environment. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 5 years consecutive managerial and BPO experience. Proven experience managing a team of at least 100 employees. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and follow-through skills. Experience managing daily operations, staffing coordination, scheduling, administrative processes, and team performance. Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Firm, decisive, and confident in managing employee performance. Comfortable working with leadership, employees, vendors, and cross-functional departments. Experience in operations management, workforce management, payroll coordination, procurement, or business administration is preferred. Must have a reliable means of transportation.
