Leadership Responsibilities Lead and develop the office and administrative team, including scheduling, dispatch support, and clerical staff. Partner with field supervisors to align crew capacity with the schedule and cost targets. Required Qualifications · 5–8 years of progressive operations, business management, or office management experience, including direct supervision of staff. · Experience at a larger, structured company — a background where formal policies, SOPs, documented processes, and defined reporting structures were the norm, and the ability to bring that discipline to a growing organization. · Strong business and financial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, job costing, margin analysis, and a demonstrated record of reducing cost and controlling spend. · Working knowledge of safety, labor, and regulatory compliance requirements in a field service or construction environment. · Advanced proficiency with business systems — ERP or job-costing software, scheduling/CRM platforms, and Excel at a reporting and analysis level. · Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, construction management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. · Valid Arizona driver's license with acceptable driving record.
