Operations Manager
Operations Manager Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in landscaping projects . The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in a similar senior operations role, with proven expertise in managing multiple projects, site teams, resources, subcontractors, and overall project delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across commercial technical and landscaping projects. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely and efficient delivery within approved budgets. Manage project teams, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other operational resources. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources to optimize operational efficiency. Control project costs and support effective budget and resource management. Ensure projects comply with UAE regulations, HSE requirements, quality standards, and company policies . Identify and resolve operational, site, and project-related issues promptly. Monitor project progress and provide regular operational updates and reports to senior management. Implement improvements to operational processes, productivity, and overall project performance. Support senior management with operational planning, decision-making, and strategic initiatives. Requirements Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in a similar Operations Manager / senior operations role – Mandatory. Strong experience managing commercial / residential projects . Background in landscaping, MEP, construction, or technical works . Proven experience managing multiple projects and large site teams. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good knowledge of UAE construction and landscaping practices. Strong understanding of project coordination, resource planning, and cost control. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Preferred Background Candidates with experience in landscaping, MEP, construction, or general technical works companies , particularly those who have managed commercial developments and large-scale projects , will be highly preferred.
