Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve our day-to-day operations. The role is critical in ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and smooth coordination across departments to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations in warehouse, logistics, and support teams. Implement policies and processes to improve efficiency and compliance. Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management. Manage resources, inventory, and cost control. Lead and develop a high-performing operations team. Collaborate with other departments to align with company goals. Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering preferred). At least 5 years of experience in operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
