Manage staff scheduling, performance and service standards. Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience. Monitor sales performance, operating costs and business targets. Manage customer relations and handle service-related matters. Coordinate staff training and ensure compliance with company procedures. Support management in business development, marketing activities and expansion plans. Work closely with the management team on manpower planning and operational strategy. Requirements Relevant management or operations experience, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness or service industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Able to manage daily operations independently and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
