Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets. Ensure operational standards, service quality, and company policies are consistently followed. Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant management teams. Monitor sales, costs, productivity, and overall outlet performance. Develop and implement operational procedures and improvement strategies. Ensure excellent guest experience and high service standards. Coordinate with management on new restaurant openings and operational requirements. Support recruitment, training, and performance management of restaurant teams. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards. Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience as an Operations Manager within the restaurant/hospitality industry. Proven experience in opening new restaurants is a MUST. Arab nationality is a MUST. Currently available in Qatar is a MUST. Strong experience managing multiple restaurant outlets. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L, cost control, staffing, and service standards.
