The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Job Description: ▪Manage and oversee the operations of multiple stores/department stores within a mall setting ▪Ensure all stores are running efficiently and effectively, meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction goals ▪Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve customer experience and drive sales ▪Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply chain logistics ▪ Lead and develop a team of store managers and sales staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals ▪Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational data to identify areas for improvement ▪ Collaborate with other departments (marketing, merchandising, finance) to drive sales and improve customer experience ▪ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations ▪ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly ▪ Identify opportunities for growth and expansion Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a department store/mall setting - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in managing a team of sales staff and store managers - Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain logistics - Familiarity with customer service principles and practices - Experience with data analysis and performance metrics What We Offer: ▪ Opportunities for career growth and development Dynamic and supportive work environment How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to hrdepartment@metroshopperscorp.com Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
