Job Summary The Operations Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the HVAC rental business. This role is essential for ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and optimizing operations processes. The Operations Manager will lead the team of skilled personnel dedicated to providing exceptional HVAC services while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Licensed Mechanical Engineer Proven track record of success in operations leadership, preferably in the airconditioning rental or HVAC industry. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute effective operational plans. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influencce stakeholders at all levels. Experience in managing teams and fostering collaborative and high-performance work culture. Proficiency in Computer Office Software and familiarity with other software for operations tracking and reporting. Philippine valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
