Drive Lean. Build Operational Excellence. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who combines strong manufacturing leadership, Lean Manufacturing expertise, and a people-focused approach. Experience supporting manufacturing operations with a workforce of approximately 150–300 employees is highly valued. What You'll Bring Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Strong understanding and practical experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience with Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction, and process standardization. Ability to identify root causes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve operational flow. Experience engaging employees and leadership in continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to use data and operational metrics to identify opportunities and sustain improvements. Commitment to developing a culture of problem-solving and continuous learning. Approachable, collaborative leadership style. Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with employees at all levels. Experience coaching and developing supervisors and teams. Ability to navigate workplace challenges with empathy, professionalism, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations, including production, warehousing, shipping, and receiving. Develop, implement, and sustain a Lean Manufacturing culture across shop operations. Lead Kaizen activities and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve flow, and strengthen safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. Partner with supervisors and employees to identify process improvements and encourage employee participation. Establish and maintain standardized work processes and operational best practices. Monitor Lean and operational KPIs to evaluate progress and sustain improvements. Identify root causes of operational challenges and implement effective corrective actions. Coach and develop leaders while promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Accounting, HR and Customer Service to support operational goals. Ensure compliance with safety requirements, company policies, and operating procedures. Qualifications & Experience 5–10 years of manufacturing operations management experience. Demonstrated experience implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing practices. Experience with Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction, and continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Experience supporting a manufacturing workforce of approximately 150–300 employees. Experience leading production teams and supervisors. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred. Master's Degree Preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office. Bilingual Spanish Preferred.
