Operations Manager
Job Summary: We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of MRM Construction. This role ensures smooth project execution, team coordination, and operational efficiency across all construction and interior fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily operations of all ongoing construction and fit-out projects Manage schedules, resources, and site activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery Supervise purchasing, logistics, and warehouse coordination Collaborate with design, procurement, and site teams to resolve issues and streamline processes Monitor performance of site staff and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards Support project documentation, permits, reports, and billing coordination Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government agencies when necessary Improve internal systems and create SOPs to boost operational efficiency Report directly to company leadership with updates, challenges, and improvement plans Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in construction operations , specifically in interior fit-out projects Strong leadership and coordination skills Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with construction timelines, procurement, and site operations Can work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once Background in architecture, engineering, or construction is a must! Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month Experience: Construction Operations Manager: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
