Operations Manager
Operations Manager – Commercial Cleaning Salary: $60,000–$72,000 per year We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and bilingual Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial cleaning business. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish and have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across commercial cleaning accounts Manage, train, and support cleaning supervisors and team members Communicate effectively with employees in both English and Spanish Conduct regular site inspections and quality-control checks Ensure customer expectations and cleaning standards are consistently met Coordinate staffing, schedules, supplies, equipment, and coverage Address employee and customer concerns promptly and professionally Monitor attendance, performance, productivity, and team accountability Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning protocols are followed Help control labor, supply, and operational costs Respond to urgent operational needs when necessary Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish — required Must have reliable personal transportation — required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Previous management or supervisory experience preferred Commercial cleaning, janitorial, facilities management, or related experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple locations, employees, and priorities Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Professional appearance and customer-service mindset Comfortable using a smartphone, email, scheduling systems, and basic computer programs Schedule No set hours. This position requires flexibility based on business needs, customer requirements, staffing, and operational issues. The Operations Manager must effectively manage responsibilities and be available when needed to support the operation. Compensation $60,000–$72,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications. Start Date Expected start date: Mid-to-late September 2026, with a start date no later than October 1, 2026.
