Operations Manager

Keep every transaction moving from contract to close, working with our transaction coordinator and Real Luxury compliance (files submitted within 48 hours of execution)

Run our listing launch, open house, and pre-listing checklists so nothing slips

Keep our Sierra Interactive CRM clean: lead statuses, follow-up tasks, and agent accountability reports

Onboard new agents: accounts, email, training schedule, and their first-30-days checklist

Manage vendors (photographers, stagers, printers, sign installers) and the team calendar

Build and update the playbooks the team runs on

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities: - Coordinate diverse teams to reach project objectives and key milestones

• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and scalability
• Direct efforts to synchronize operational objectives with business goals in partnership with department heads
• Coordinate the review of performance metrics to identify improvements and optimize results
• Administer procedures to achieve compliance with industry regulations and standards

Qualifications: - Minimum of five years of operations management experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar discipline
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
