The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and operational consistency of multiple auto service centers. You will bridge the gap between executive strategy and daily site execution, ensuring that all branches meet safety standards, maintain high technical quality, and deliver a superior customer experience while optimizing labor and inventory costs. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. College graduate of business or any related course. 2. With at least 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in automotive servicing business / automotive related sales business 3. Willing to handle multiple sites (Cavite and Manila Area) or (Laguna Area) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Autoservice / Auto Sales management: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
