Your leadership will directly contribute to the overall success of the company's supply chain and customer satisfaction. 1) Manage two team members and the outsourced back office. 2) Reviewing and refining all SOPs amongst the outsourced back office Lifeworks warehouse a. Review and assess current team and refine roles and responsibilities 3) Own warehouse billing process and review with Coreforce a. KPIs, warehouse statistics 4) Review warehouse capacity and planning a. Provide 3 month projected inbound and outbound capacity to warehouses b. Communicate large programs and hot containers for warehouse overhead planning 5) Review warehouse rates and MSAs and implement SLAs for future renewals 6) Review and assess root cause and action plan for compliance chargebacks and violations a. Identify root cause; make corrective action plans for approval w/ tier b. Lower the $600k+ in compliance chargebacks to “zero” 7) Create and monitor warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency, inventory accuracy, and consistency between warehouse locations. 8) Identify recurring operational issues and work with Coreforce and the warehouse to come up with solutions to prevent the same issues from happening again. Qualifications: Proven experience (6+ years) in warehouse management, operations management, or logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) Experience with ERP systems and Excel. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in warehouse operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
