Operations Manager
LEC is looking for a strategic, experienced, and results-driven Operations Head who will provide overall leadership and direction to our Operations function. This is a Management-level position responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, productivity, quality, and timely execution of projects and business requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for Operations Oversee day-to-day operations, project execution, manpower, resources, and operational planning Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost management Establish and monitor operational KPIs and ensure achievement of business targets Lead and develop department heads, supervisors, and operations teams Ensure effective coordination among Operations, Sales, Engineering, Production, Warehouse, and other departments Oversee project/site execution and ensure timely completion in accordance with company standards Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and recurring issues and drive appropriate corrective actions Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations Review operational performance and provide data-driven recommendations to Senior Management Drive continuous improvement, process discipline, accountability, and operational excellence Represent Operations in Management discussions and strategic business planning QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field 8–10 years of progressive experience in Operations , preferably in manufacturing and construction Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial leadership role Strong experience in BOTH manufacturing and construction industries is required Proven track record in managing large teams, projects, resources, and operational targets Strong background in operational planning, process improvement, cost control, and performance management Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational performance into business results Highly organized, decisive, and capable of working with Senior Management Willing to travel to project sites and operational locations as required WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a hands-on Management leader , not only someone who can supervise daily operations, but someone who can build systems, develop people, solve recurring operational problems, and drive the organization toward better performance and results.
