An Operations Manager oversees the organization’s daily operations, ensuring that people, processes, and resources work efficiently while maintaining service quality, productivity, and compliance with company standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and manage the overall day-to-day operations of the business unit. Ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent delivery of operational services. Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards. Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate department supervisors and operational staff. Monitor manpower requirements, staffing levels, work schedules, attendance, and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and government regulations. Establish and monitor operational KPIs, targets, and performance standards. Analyze operational reports and recommend improvements to management. Monitor operating expenses and implement appropriate cost-control measures. Coordinate closely with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Engineering, and other support departments. Ensure proper inventory, supplies, equipment, and asset management. Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly address escalated customer concerns. Identify operational issues, risks, and service gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions. Conduct regular operational inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, functionality, and service readiness. Support revenue-generating initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency and service quality. Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, security, and emergency procedures. Lead operational meetings and communicate management directives to concerned employees. Prepare operational reports, forecasts, action plans, and recommendations for senior management. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of operations personnel in coordination with HR. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by senior management. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Operations Management , or a related field. Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant operations experience , including 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity . Experience in hotel, hospitality, F&B, sports/leisure, property, or other service-oriented operations is an advantage. Strong leadership, people management, and team-development skills. Strong knowledge of operational planning, process improvement, and performance management. Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and operational reporting. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with operational management systems. Flexible, results-oriented, organized, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, including weekends or holidays when operationally required. Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
