The company wants an experienced operations leader to run day-to-day performance, develop its managers and help grow the business. This is a senior leadership role with real influence on strategy. What You’ll Do - Lead and develop a team of operations managers - Own financial performance, including budgets, P&L review, cash flow and cost control - Work closely with the accounting team so reporting stays accurate and on time - Grow revenue with new and existing customers - Oversee the equipment, materials and logistics side of the business - Run regular operations meetings, solve problems and keep projects on schedule - Build accountability and a strong team culture What You Bring - 5+ years in construction, facilities or the skilled trades - 2+ years leading managers or multiple teams - Experience with P&L ownership or financial oversight - Business development or customer growth experience - A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business, or equivalent experience Why This Role - A senior seat with a direct path to leadership - A stable, established company with steady work - Room to build and shape operations
