Position Overview We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our prosthodontic office. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting a dynamic clinical team. This leadership role is central to maintaining the high standards and personal attention that define our practice. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of front office operations, including scheduling, patient coordination, and financial workflows Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and positive environment Oversee billing, insurance processing, and collections with precision and integrity Maintain compliance with office protocols, HIPAA regulations, and infection control standards Coordinate with Dr. Drone to optimize patient flow and enhance the overall patient experience Manage vendor relations, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance Contribute to marketing and community outreach initiatives that reflect our practice values Own and track key performance metrics including production, collections, case acceptance, and schedule utilization Lead weekly team meetings to review KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive accountability Partner with leadership to set monthly and quarterly goals and ensure execution against them Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of dental office management experience (prosthodontics or specialty practice preferred) Proficiency with dental practice software (Dentrix or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and leadership skills with a commitment to patient care excellence Ability to manage multiple priorities with organization and grace Warm, professional demeanor and an eye for detail Why Join Our Team Work side-by-side with a highly skilled prosthodontic team committed to clinical excellence Be part of an established, respected practice known for advanced care and personalized attention Competitive compensation package with benefits based on experience Supportive, growth-minded environment that values integrity, teamwork, and innovation To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing your experience and why you’re drawn to our practice.
