We are looking for someone who can manage the restaurant efficiently, maintain high standards, and help the business continue to grow. Responsibilities - Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure company procedures and service standards are followed. - Hire, onboard, train, and lead team members. - Maintain food quality, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. - Handle guest concerns and ensure excellent customer service. - Manage employee schedules and operating hours. - Monitor payroll, labor costs, supplies, and other expenses to stay within budget. - Support local marketing efforts and help grow restaurant sales. - Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining company standards. Qualifications - At least 3 years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. Breakfast restaurant experience is preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills. - Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure. - Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation standards. - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills. - Ability to lead a team, manage costs, and maintain a positive work environment.
