With a growing presence in New York City and beyond, we’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations across our NYC locations. Position Summary The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at our New York City stores, managing team performance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high standards of product quality and customer service. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our operations sustainably while upholding Cloudy Donut Co.'s brand values and culture. Key Responsibilities Store Operations & Management Oversee all aspects of store operations across NYC locations, including inventory, staffing, scheduling, cleanliness, and compliance. Implement and maintain operational systems to maximize efficiency and consistency across locations. Customer Experience Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Cloudy Donut Co. commitment to excellence. Handle escalated customer service issues with professionalism and care. Collect and act on customer feedback to continuously improve service quality. Qualifications Drivers license necessary, personal vehicle preferred 3+ years of experience in multi-unit operations management in the food & beverage or hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management tools. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and some holidays. Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
