Operations Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across processes. Lead efforts to reactivate dormant accounts and open new accounts to drive business growth. Explore and develop opportunities within HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) channels and e-commerce marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. Coordinate daily activities across the team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure targets and deadlines are met. Serve as a key point of contact for clients and partners, communicating clearly and professionally. Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical improvements. Support planning, coordination, and execution across sales, logistics, and administrative functions as needed. Maintain organized records and reporting to keep operations transparent and on track. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (college graduate) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. At least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in FMCG, trading, or distribution. Proven experience in reactivating dormant accounts and/or opening new accounts. Familiarity with HORECA channels or e-commerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino/Taglish. Demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and coordinate. Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Comfortable and adaptable working in a lean, fast-moving small business environment.
