Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on and entrepreneurial Operations Manager to help manage and grow the Unleash platform. You will work closely with the founders to improve operations, develop growth strategies, build partnerships, and turn opportunities into results. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations and improve business processes. Develop and execute strategies to grow the platform, users, engagement, and revenue . Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Build relationships with pet businesses, brands, communities, and other partners. Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the founders on business strategy and company growth. Assist in preparing pitch decks and presentations for potential investors. Participate in investor pitching and business presentations. Take ownership of projects and help turn ideas into execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. Experience working in a startup company is required. Understands the challenges and fast-paced nature of a startup environment. Proven ability to help grow a platform, product, community, or business. Experience in operations, business development, growth, partnerships, or a similar role. Experience pitching to investors is highly preferred. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial, proactive, resourceful, and results-driven. Comfortable working closely with founders and taking ownership. Passion for pets, technology, and building communities is a plus Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mandaluyong
