Now, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team and help us take our operations to the next level. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse and production activities to ensure efficiency and safety. Monitor productivity and operational goals, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas while ensuring smooth workflow. Collaborate with leadership and department teams to set daily priorities. Team Management Supervise, train, and support warehouse and production employees. Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and employee placement. Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance, conducting coaching and performance discussions as needed. Foster a respectful, team-oriented work environment and communicate company expectations clearly. Safety & Compliance Enforce all company safety policies and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards. Maintain compliance with OSHA and other workplace regulations. Warehouse & Production Oversee material flow and coordinate receiving, processing, storage, and shipping activities. Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely, accurate shipments. Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and employee productivity. Performance & Reporting Track operational performance and maintain accurate records related to staffing, production, safety, and operations. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to executive management. Participate in regular operational meetings and establish performance standards. Leadership & Communication Serve as a key point of contact between employees, supervisors, and executive management. Communicate priorities and changes effectively while addressing employee concerns professionally. Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and other business contacts as needed. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications 3+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, or operations management. Previous supervisory or management experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of workplace safety practices and OSHA standards. Forklift experience or familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems preferred. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
