Operations Manager
Job description: Responsible for leading and managing the overall sales strategy of the organization to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and achieve company targets. This role oversees the sales team, develops strategic sales plans, and ensures strong customer relationships and sustainable business performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to optimize sales processes Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Ensure pricing strategies, contracts, and negotiations are handled effectively Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective operations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Head Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities Experience in setting and achieving aggressive sales targets Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools Skills & Competencies Leadership and people management Strategic and results-driven mindset Strong decision-making skills Customer-focused approach Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Working Conditions -Office-based with possible fieldwork and client meetings Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Company Christmas gift Company events Free parking Health insurance Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
