As we expand our operations in the Philippines and the US, we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Manager to support our growing team. Position Overview: The Operations Manager owns the FWOS™ delivery system across EOR, PS, and MSP, translating client commitments into executable workforce and service delivery plans and ensuring that capacity, allocation, utilization, delivery performance and billing evidence are managed as one operating system. Responsibilities: Assess: co-own operational, workforce and capacity assessment with CSM and HR & Recruitment. Design: own delivery model, workforce architecture and capacity design; partner with Finance on delivery costs and margin assumptions. Mobilize: own resource allocation, roster matching, dedicated assignment, onboarding readiness, access and mobilization controls. Deliver: oversee service leads and delivery performance across EOR/PS/MSP. Operate: manage day-to-day service operations, performance, incidents/requests, capacity and blockers. Roster: Govern deployment and allocation priorities in partnership with HR & Recruitment; manage utilization and movement between allocation states. Billing control: validate delivery evidence/hours before Finance invoices. Collections: act as delivery-dispute escalation point when non-payment is caused by a service/delivery issue. Governance: facilitate the daily/weekly Operations Scrum cadence and maintain the operational action backlog. Success metrics: utilization; on-time delivery/SLA performance; resource allocation cycle time; billing-validation turnaround; delivery-dispute rate; unbilled-work aging; operational improvement completion. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Multi-client service delivery experience Workforce/capacity management Operational reporting Strong cross-functional coordination Comfort operating in a scaling and still-forming environment.
