Operations Manager
OPERATIONS MANAGER Location: Mandaluyong City, NCR JOB OVERVIEW The Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the overall operations of assigned stores. This role ensures efficient store performance, consistent customer service, compliance with company standards, and achievement of business goals. The Operations Manager provides leadership to store teams and works closely with different departments to improve operational performance and profitability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple stores. Ensure all stores follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Monitor sales, productivity, service quality, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and operations teams. Drive initiatives to improve sales, customer experience, productivity, and profitability. Monitor inventory, food costs, operating expenses, and other controllable costs. Conduct regular store visits, operational checks, and performance reviews. Review operational reports and identify areas for improvement. Address operational concerns and ensure timely resolution of store issues. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, Training, and other departments. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and government requirements. Prepare and submit regular operations reports and performance updates to management. Implement company initiatives and ensure proper execution across assigned stores. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in operations management , preferably in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Restaurant industry . Proven experience managing multiple branches or store locations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of store operations, sales, inventory, and cost control. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Highly organized, results-oriented, and customer-focused. Willing to travel and oversee assigned stores within NCR .
