Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead scaffolding operations across Dubai and the UAE. The role covers yard operations, inventory, logistics, site execution, manpower, HSE and commercial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily scaffolding, yard, site and logistics operations.
• Manage 100–150+ personnel across multiple sites.
• Control inventory, material movement, losses and damage.
• Coordinate installation, dismantling, deliveries and collections.
• Ensure manpower, materials and transport meet project needs.
• Monitor productivity, costs and resource utilization.
• Oversee workforce transport and accommodation.
• Maintain HSE, quality and client service standards.
• Report key operational KPIs and issues to management.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in scaffolding, construction, rental or industrial services.
• Strong knowledge of tube & fitting and system/edge-frame scaffolding.
• Experience managing 100+ personnel and multiple sites.
• Strong inventory, logistics and asset-control skills.
• Commercially aware with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Relevant technical/engineering qualification preferred.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
