This role involves managing operational activities, addressing customer-related issues, and actively promoting business growth through contract acquisition. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach, committed to ensuring efficient service delivery and expanding our client base. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the towing department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Handle customer-related issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Promote sales growth by obtaining new contracts and developing relationships with potential clients. Coordinate with team members to ensure operational targets are met and safety standards are maintained. Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize productivity. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. Experience Proven experience in operations management, preferably within transportation, logistics, or towing industries. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to handle customer issues professionally and resolve conflicts efficiently. Experience in sales promotion or contract negotiation is advantageous. Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards related to towing or transportation services.
