Key Responsibilities Process Management- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Order Fulfilment - Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete delivery of materials to clients. Vendor Management & Negotiation - Onboard, manage, and negotiate with curated vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and reliable supply. Logistics Coordination - Coordinate loading, transportation, and delivery activities to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and on-time operations. Customer Support - Deliver prompt and professional customer support by addressing client queries, issues, and escalations effectively. Documentation & Reporting - Deliver prompt and professional customer support by addressing client queries, issues, and escalations effectively. Continuous Improvement - Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance overall service delivery. Skills Required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong problem-solving mindset with critical thinking ability Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English Quick learning ability with strong grasping and comprehension skills. Pre-requisites 0–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or a similar role (preferred) Graduate in any discipline B.E. (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year Compensation Package: Commission pay Work Location: In person
