About this role BonChon Chicken Philippines is continuously growing since its launch in 2010. In this role, you will be collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. We are looking for an Operations Manager who is passionate and excited to contribute to the growth of our company. Store Operations Supervise all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth functioning, including kitchen, dining area, staff, and customer service. Ensure that all store departments adhere to company standards, including quality control, cleanliness, and food safety regulations. Manage and monitor store performance, ensuring targets are met for sales, costs, and customer satisfaction. Supply Chain Oversee inventory levels and ensure that supplies are ordered and stocked to meet operational needs without excess waste. Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize waste, and manage shrinkage. Costing Prepare and manage the store’s operating budget, ensuring that expenses (labor, food, overhead) align with revenue and profitability targets. Implement strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase profitability (e.g., controlling waste, optimizing labor costs) Talent Profile 5+ years of experiencein food service management, with experience managing teams, budgets, and store operations Leadership and team management Financial oversight (budgeting, cost control, P&L) Operational expertise (inventory, scheduling, workflow) Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in operational software (POS, inventory systems) Flexibility in working hours and knowledge of food safety regulations Work Location: In person
