The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the ship supply division, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes and enhance service delivery. Manage relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure timely and accurate supply fulfillment. Lead, train, and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with other departments, including sales and logistics, to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Execute monitoring of Request for Quotation sent by clients. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the maritime or supply industry. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics management. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
