Operations Manager – Austin, TX Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple commercial service accounts in the Austin area. Responsibilities include managing frontline teams, staffing, scheduling, customer relationships, quality standards, and day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates are hands-on leaders who take ownership, solve problems quickly, communicate well, and can manage multiple locations in a fast-paced environment. Experience in janitorial, facilities, hospitality, property services, or another labor-intensive service business is preferred. Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
