This role oversees daily operations, supports both specialties, and ensures excellent patient and team experiences. Responsibilities - Lead, train, and support front and back office teams - Manage daily operations for pediatric dentistry and orthodontics - Maintain a positive, high-performing office culture - Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews - Ensure strong patient experience, case acceptance, and patient retention - Partner with HR, Marketing, Finance, and RCM as needed - Monitor compliance, safety, and staff certifications - Meet practice performance goals, including NPS and financial targets Requirements - 5+ years of leadership or practice management experience - Dental/orthodontic experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to coach teams, manage operations, and support providers About the Role The Operations Manager plays a key role in the success of our practice—from patient experience to team engagement to financial performance.
